September 11th!

Today it's difficult for me to talk about weight management issues and prepare for Wednesday's post. Our issues seem dim in comparison to what happened to many on this fateful day six years ago. Three thousand people lost their lives, at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and on flight 93.

It's a time to reflect, a time to remember and a time to say a prayer for all the people who lost loved ones that fateful day. And, for those who lost their lives,

Day is done
Gone the sun
From the lakes
From the hills
From the sky
All is well
Safely rest
God is nigh
